Job Description
McCormick & Company Incorporated is seeking a fulltime Global Supply Chain Strategic Programs Intern Summer 2023at the Global Headquarterslocated at 24 Schilling Road Hunt Valley Maryland. This is a 10week internship (June 2023 August 2023 which requires 40 hours per week Monday through Friday.

Our 10 week Summer Internship Program in Hunt Valley MD allows college students to get a glimpse into what its like to be a part of the McCormick family rich in flavor culture and employee empowerment.
During your time as an Intern you will sharpen your leadership skills work on realworld challenges and collaborate with the best leaders in the industry. You will also have the opportunity to network with executives participate in social events with other interns and give back to the community. DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position will report directly to the Strategic Programs Manager and offer handson experience in strategic workforce planning shop floor digitalization initiatives change management and talent development. Candidates should have strong desire to learn various skillsets associated with the Supply Chain function and be flexible and open to all assignments. This role will be primarily focused on supporting our Supply Chains Strategic transformation activities. Responsibilities will include:
- Creating change plans and executing change activities
- Gathering information from key stakeholders and applying it to change activities
- Learning how to design and facilitate an effective learning session through observation participation coaching and practice. Partnering with the Global Automation Engineering Leadership to establish our Best in Class solutions library
- Supporting our early talent career roadmap and designing supplemental resources
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (Juniors and Seniors) with graduation date between December 2022 and June 2023
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors in Learning & Development Change Management Communications Business or Supply Chain
- Excellent communication skills (oral & written) for ongoing contact with internal customers requires
- Strong peopleskills capable of facilitating conversations and seeking out feedback.
- Ability to work independently learn new tasks solve problems and show strong selfmotivation and initiative required
- Demonstrated organization and planning skills with ability to handle details required
- Strong computer skills are a must. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint required SharePoint design experience preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced deadline driven environment is required
