About the Position
We are looking for a 6month intern to collaborate on our advisory and Platform projects in our office in Barcelona Spain (starting asap).
What you will be doing
What will you do
- You will support us in our consulting projects.Horizon Europe cofunded Smart Cities projects to supporting the acquisition and delivery of projects with cities in Spain and Portugal.
- You will help us to create a database with the most important events and networks of cities and companies in the sector.
- You will research the smart cities market in Iberia as well as the most used solutions.
- You will evaluate funding sources for digital projects
- You will evaluate European and national funding sources for innovation projects and accompany the team on building concept ideas to accompany European cities to apply for fund opportunities.
- You will collaborate on our consultancy projects
What you can bring in
What we expect from you
- Experience in the field of smart/sustainable cities/urban planning would be an asset
- Critical capacity and ability to contribute to consultancy projects
- Excellent research skills (market research technologies urban development etc.
- Good command of MS Office tools
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in an international and multidisciplinary team.
- A cando attitude!
- Ability to work independently and to represent the organization in project meetings
Your profile
Your profile
- Several years of study or practical experience in a relevant field with very good results
- Compulsory internship as part of the curriculum would be preferable
- Professional level in English and Portuguese is mandatory. Knowledge in Spanish would be desirable.
