Demand Generation Manager

SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY: Candidates are required to sit in our Palo Alto CA office 3x a week.

Glean is looking for an outstanding Demand Generation manager to develop and execute highimpact marketing campaigns and programs that drive business growth. In this highly crossfunctional role you will report to the Head of Demand Generation & Integrated Campaigns working closely with sales partner teams and marketing counterparts.

You will be responsible for the endtoend of programs that generate net new leads and influence opportunity creation within our target market segment. Exceptional candidates will bring proven experience driving both widereaching demand generation campaigns and hypertargeted account based marketing programs.

Above all else you are a highly motivated and exceptionally organized Marketing enthusiast with an equally creative and analytical skillset. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fastpaced startup environment bringing an entrepreneurial spirit genuine curiosity and an enthusiasm for spotting and acting on new opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

As to be expected in a startup moving as fast as we are the scope of this position will evolve continuously. Comfort with ambiguity is required. Below is a partial representation of what may be included in your scope of responsibilities:

Demand Generation:

  • Develop and execute multichannel demand generation campaigns to drive lead generation pipeline growth and revenue including content syndication email nurtures direct mail referral programs demo programs and more.
  • Manage the webinar program from concept through promotion logistics and followup including direct 3rd party and partner webinars.
  • Collaborate closely with BDRs and sales counterparts to efficiently operationalize campaigns ensuring successful enablement consistent followthrough and clear communication throughout all stages.
  • Partner with product marketing content and creative teams to develop compelling messaging conversionoptimized landing page copy and relevant visual assets that drive engagement across the buyers journey.
  • Identify opportunities for net new lead generationkeeping a pulse on industry trends and best practices to ensure demand generation efforts are innovative and competitive.
  • Leverage data and analytics to continuously refine strategies track performance and optimize for higher conversion rates and costeffectiveness.

AccountBased Marketing (ABM):

  • Develop and execute targeted ABM strategies for highvalue accounts aligning marketing efforts with sales to drive engagement pipeline growth and revenue.
  • Create personalized multichannel campaigns tailored to individual accounts or account segments.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify key accounts understand their business challenges and craft customized marketing plans to address their needs.
  • Analyze account data and buyer personas to develop insights and optimize campaigns for better ROI and engagement.
  • Manage and optimize the ABM tech stack including tools for segmentation automation and reporting to improve campaign efficiency and measurement.

Project Management:

  • Manage timelines budgets and resources to ensure successful campaign delivery.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize workflows and ensure consistent alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee demand generation and accountbased marketing campaign lifecycle managing all phases from initiation and planning to monitoring and postcampaign reporting.

Requirements And What You Bring To The Team

  • 5 years of experience in a fastpaced and/or startup environment. B2B SaaS strongly preferred.
  • Familiar with CRM and marketing automation tools; SFDC and Marketo preferred. Experience with Sendoso/Postal and Outreach is a plus.
  • Experience growing a database organically via multiple channels.
  • Proven ability to partner successfully with sales teams by generating qualified leads for SDRs and BDRs. Experience implementing effective sales enablement processes to maximize the reach and impact of demand generation campaigns.
  • Ability to learn new technologies products and systems quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills and sharp creative instincts.
  • Innovative resourceful and dynamic with the ability to work successfully in an everchanging environment with competing priorities.

The standard Base Salary range for this position is $110000 $150000 annually. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location level jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation equity and benefits.
