Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking an experiencedLeading Handto join our growing team focusing on highquality residential construction projects. You will be responsible for managing daytoday site operations ensuring quality workmanship and guiding a skilled team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with abackground in carpentry or a builders licensewho thrives in a handson role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure projects run smoothly
- Provide leadership and handson support to a team of tradespeople
- Maintain highquality standards and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Manage timelines materials and job site logistics
- Liaise with clients subcontractors and suppliers
- Assist in the delivery of projects from start to finish
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum5 yearsof handson experience in residential construction
- Strong background in carpentry and/or aBuilders License
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety
- Current drivers license
- Must be available to work Monday to Saturday
