This is a position atan office location.
Commercial InsuranceBroker position includes selling insurance to new and current clients bydirectly contributing to and supporting sales goals of the Insurance Brokerageto meet longterm and shortterm goals for brokerage growth; to include newbusiness crosssell opportunities customer service retention and profitgoals.
To be successful atthis Insurance Brokerage..
You must have ahistory of:
strong computer skills
pursuing development of personal and businessskills
anticipating future needs
meeting production requirements and goals
drive and productivity
need for limited supervision
receptivity to feedback
innovation and improvement recommendations
flexibility to work nonstandard hours/shifts aswell as have the ability to adhere to a structured schedule

Your dutieswillinclude but may not be limited to:
writing newbusiness
compilinglists of prospective clients to provide leads for additional business
contacting andqualifying prospective clients
explainingfeatures and merits of policies offered and recommending coverage based onanalysis
underwritingand rating for new accounts
maintainingknowledge of new products and initiatives
developinglongterm relationships with clients and underwriters
maintainingsales records
Position requires a CAProperty and Casualty Insurance License or able to obtain license within 30days of job offer.
