We are seeking a highperforming resultsdriven Consumer Engagement Specialist (CES) to join our team. The CES will be responsible for engaging with financially distressed consumers and working closely with them to identify real solutions that help them regain control of their situation. Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills strong emotional intelligence and a relentless drive to deliver impactful results. You will handle consumer concerns resolve disputes and ensure a bestinclass engagement experience. Build and maintain strong trustbased relationships with consumers.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve the consumer experience and drive positive financial outcomes.
Quickly and effectively resolve customer complaints and disputes.
Escalate complex cases as needed ensuring every consumer interaction leads to a meaningful resolution.
Follow up diligently to confirm consumer satisfaction and resolution effectiveness.
Become an expert on Kompato AIs offerings ensuring that every consumer receives accurate and valuable insights.
Stay ahead of industry best practices regulatory updates and AIdriven engagement strategies.
Work crossfunctionally with other departments to optimize engagement strategies and enhance consumer outcomes.
Contribute strategic insights to improve service quality and overall business impact.
Act as a role model for professionalism integrity and commitment to success.
A proven track record of success in collections customer engagement or financial services.
5 years of experience in collections accounts receivable or a related highimpact consumerfacing role.
Exceptional communication negotiation and problemsolving skills.
Strong ability to navigate difficult conversations with confidence and empathy.
Proficiency in multiple systems including CRMs omnichannel communication platforms and compliance tools.
A relentless drive to achieve goals and improve performance continuously.
High emotional intelligence and ability to thrive in highpressure situations.
