Job Description
As the commercial lead for FASW you will report into and work closely with the Director of Contracts and key internal stakeholders to ensure that business strategy is translated into effective and practical commercial leadership advice implementation and of appropriate commercial agreements. You will be responsible for commercial activities involving all aspects of the bid and project lifecycle engaging with all relevant internal and external stakeholders and seek to minimise commercial risk to the business.
The Commercial Officer role will be supported by the commercial team in drafting proposals reviewing and negotiating bids/ contracts adhering to internal commercial governance and key commercial administration tasks. The Commercial Officer will support the Trade Controls Manager in ensuring bid related trade controls documentation is in place.
This role can be based either out of our office in Greenford or Loudwater with occasional travel between these sites and comes with flexible working. Occasional travel to other Ultra Maritime or customer sites around the UK may be required.
