Job Description
Basic Salary:D.O.E Comms
On Target Earnings: 45000
Car Allowance: 200 pcm
Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 5:30pm Every other Saturday 9:00 4:00pm Day off in lieu

Our client a market leading independent estate agent is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Valuer to join their successful team. This is an excellent opportunity to further your career in the property industry with a company that values excellence and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register and build rapport with potential Vendors.
- Arrange and conduct property valuations providing unrivaled service.
- Negotiate offers between vendors and buyers.
- Arranging appointments for the mortgage broker and referring clients to solicitors.
- Liaise with buyers vendors solicitors and other estate agents.
- Generate and book in Property Valuations.
- Maintain accurate records of all Listings/Sales activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in a Valuerrole within the property industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a clientfocused approach.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced targetdriven environment.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the local property market.
- A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
