I have a HYBRID Sr. Python Software Engineer (ML/AI) opportunity near Farmers Branch TX to join an organization that is a leader in AIdriven customer interactions offering a sophisticated conversational AI system that seamlessly integrates phone SMS and CRM technology. Their platform helps businesses connect customers with complementary providers through intelligent AIpowered referrals improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Your Role:
Design and develop AI capabilities including LLM and NLP enhancing automation and customer engagement.
Optimize and improve texttospeech (TTS) and speechtotext (STT) functionalities with the potential to transition from thirdparty APIs to an inhouse solution.
Train finetune and optimize AI models to deliver smarter more effective customer interactions.
Integrate AI components into the companys JavaScriptdriven logic layer and Pythonbased LLM models.
Contribute to the development of AIpowered dynamic scripting enabling automated intelligent conversations.
Work in a fastmoving startup environment collaborating with a team of highly driven innovative engineers.
What Youll Need:
Expertise in Python with handson experience in AI and ML applications.
Experience working with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Large Language Models (LLMs).
Deep understanding of AI model training finetuning and optimization.
Proven ability to integrate AI solutions into realworld applications.
A collaborative mindset and a passion for working in an inperson teamoriented environment.
Bonus skills: Experience with NodeJS DSP TTS or STT applications.
