Title: Sr Quality Assurance Analyst (QA)Location: Tempe AZ
Your role:
- Develop detailed test plans and strategies to ensure comprehensive testing of software functionality.
- Design build and execute manual and automated test cases to validate user stories and application features.
- Identify document and manage software defects working with the team to ensure resolution prior to release.
- Prepare relevant test data to simulate different user scenarios and validate system behavior.
- Collaborate with developers business analysts and stakeholders to clarify requirements and maintain quality standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including backlog grooming standups product demos and sprint retrospectives.
- Plan coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing with endusers to ensure software meets business needs.
What youve got:
- At least five years of experience in both manual and automated software testing.
- Strong analytical problemsolving and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of QA tools methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with Agile or SCRUM development practices.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and test automation tools like Telerik Test Studio or Tricentis Tosca.
- Knowledge of local water or flood irrigation systems is a plus.
