Our multidisciplinary programs include surgical oncologic radiation imaging and pathology subspecialists. The predominant criterion for appointment is a commitment to clinical excellence research and teaching. Mentoring fellows residents and medical students and possessing creativity and strong interpersonal skills in order to work with a collaborative and diverse faculty will be essential. The Wilmot Cancer Institute is the major resource for comprehensive cancer care research education and community outreach in upstate New York. Our facility provides fully integrated inpatient and outpatient clinical clinical research and laboratory space for Cancer Medicine a key component of the Medical Center Strategic Plan.
M.D. Degree or equivalent
Must obtain a New York State Medical License prior to start date
Eligible for a Faculty Appointment at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry
Eligible for Board Certification in Hematology/Oncology
Experience in an outpatient setting is required
Must meet all credentialing requirements
Post offer Drug Screen and Health Assessment required
Compliance with University and New York State health requirements
Full Time
