Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning and flawless execution of projects by coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors.
Ensure timely delivery of all projects adhering strictly to scope budget and quality parame- ters.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Perform risk management to minimize project risks establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project. Track project performance specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals. Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff mem- bers.
Capability to deliver training for business technical teams in order to ensure efficient man- agement of the solution.
Project Delivery Process adherence best practice adoptions & replicate across multiple pro- jects.
Skills & Experience: 10 - 12 years overall experience with minimum 6 years of experience in technical program management. Proven experience in managing IT software delivery of projects. Strong domain experience in Telecom and/or Banking. PMP certification is mandatory. Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira Microsoft Project (MPP) and MS Office Suite including PowerPoint. Strong client-facing skills with the ability to influence negotiate and manage stakeholder expectations effectively. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
