Job Description
The Federal Savings Bank is seeking a talented and experienced Back End Developer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining highquality software solutions using C# and .NET technologies. You will work closely with front end developers project managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery of applications. Your expertise in back end development will be crucial in optimizing performance scalability and security of our systems.
This position is based in our Chicago (Logan Square) corporate office. Qualified applicants should be local to the Chicago area and able to work onsite 12 days a week.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain back end applications using .NET and C# technologies
- Collaborate with front end developers to integrate userfacing elements with serverside logic
- Implement and maintain APIs for seamless communication between different systems
- Optimize application performance and scalability
- Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends and technologies
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
- 2 years proven experience in back end development with expertise in C# and .NET
- Strong understanding of objectoriented programming principles
- 2 years experience with database design and management (SQL Server MySQL etc.
- Familiarity with front end technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) is a plus
- Excellent problemsolving skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment
- Exceptional oral and written communication
