Job Description

Introduction

Our client a leading company based in the telecommunications industry based in Durban is looking for a Project Manager.

The Project Manager will assume full responsibility for successfully initiating designing planning controlling executing monitoring and closing a project.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Creation of all documentation required at each stage of the project according to the PMO methodology (Project Charter Detailed project plan RAID log etc.
  • Managing project budgets and cash forecasts
  • Responsible for cost planning and Management of Tender Procurement Process and reporting
  • Review and approve final invoices payment applications
  • Managing the daytoday operational aspects of a project

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Relevant Degree Required
  • PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certificate
  • Experience in leading teams
  • Experience in Data Centre Construction
  • FIDIC NEC3 JBCC and GCC2010 Contract experience advantageous
