- Spare parts management and organization.
- Reviewing invoices related to warranty repair services and submitting them to the financial system.
- Coordinating and communicating with customers for paid repair services including preparing quotations and facilitating smooth interactions between the repair center and clients.
Your profile
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English andGerman.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong analytical communication and reporting skills.
- Background or familiarity with electrical equipment is highly desirable.
