Job Description
Syntronic Production Services Canada is an Electronic Manufacturing Services provider located in Ottawas west end. Committed to our customers success we understand that our people are our greatest asset and we are always on the lookout for great talent.
What you will do
- Replace complex components on Circuit Card Assemblies including BGA LGA fine pitch and small architecture 0201 & 01005
- Hand solder SMT and throughhole parts onto boards
- Adherence to ESD process expectations
What you will need
- Good verbal communication skills in English needed to report issues
- Understanding of IPC standards (IPCA610
- Ability to interpret BOMs assembly diagrams and other build documentation
- Ability to solder complex PCBs use a microscope and soldering/desoldering equipment Work Experience:
- 3 years experience (including at minimum 1 year of BGA rework)
