The Sales IT position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities building strong relationships with clients and driving revenue growth through IT products and services. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and sales expertise to understand
customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the IT sector.
Identify and approach potential clients understanding their needs and offering tailored IT solutions.
Build and maintain longterm relationships with existing and new customers.
Present and demonstrate IT products software and services to clients.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
Negotiate contracts pricing and service agreements.
Track market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of sales experience in the Software Development Services industry targeting the Japanese market.
Basic understanding of the software development process and software systems.
Strong communication skills including consulting presenting persuading problemsolving and adaptability.
For nonJapanese candidates: Confident Japanese communication skills with native speakers (N1 certification required).
Professional appearance and confident demeanor.
Ability to report communicate and work with others to solve problems.
Proactive in collecting and organizing information and skilled at creating and managing plans.
Optional Skills:
Intermediate English communication skills.
Comfortable with challenges with a positive attitude and a desire to grow.
Enthusiastic about taking on difficult tasks.
