Job Description
Liberty FCU a fullservice credit union is currently seeking applicants for aMortgage Account Specialist. This position will be based out of the Hurstbourne office located at 1200 Forest Bridge Road Louisville KY 40223. Candidates must possess the ability to multitask prioritize and meet strict deadlines and have clear and effective written and oral communication skills. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Act as Liaison between retail branch and mortgage division to verify current members in DNA who are utilizing the extra credit promotion have the eligible accounts
- Request exact amount of gift cards weekly from the retail branch to ensure all members receive gift card for closing
- Input all gift card information (card # date sent how gift card was received) in Encompass on a weekly basis
- Print out the gift card letters stamp and mail the envelopes along with the gift cards every Friday to all members who successfully closed on their mortgage loan
- Track all change of circumstances in Encompass for CDs and when due send out all preliminary and COC CDs (est about 150160/month)
- After 90 days from closing follow up on final title policies and recorded mortgages and upload to Encompass eFolder once received
- Act as a notary for the mortgage division in Louisville
- Backup to PostClosing and Closing when necessary
- Any other duties assigned by my supervisor or management
