To support our continued growth we are seeking a skilled and forwardthinking IT Administrator.
The IT Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting both hotel and corporate operations by ensuring seamless IT support implementing new technology and optimizing system processes. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Insights & Systems this role is responsible for maintaining and securing various IT systems across the managed portfolio identifying emerging technology trends and collaborating with teams to enhance efficiency. The IT Administrator will also coordinate IT projects manage vendor relationships and conduct system audits to ensure compliance and reliability.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a passion for technology and process improvement. Based in the bustling North Hills area of Raleigh NC Parks Hospitality Group fosters a collaborative and innovative work environment with opportunities for professional growth as the company continues to expand. Some travel may be required including site visits for IT installations and project oversight.
