Join M365Connect as a PartTime Legal Consultant!

M365Connect aspires to be a leading IT recruitment company is looking for a Nigerian lawyer to assist in drafting and managing vendor contracts related to essential equipment for our freelancers in Nigeria.

Your Role:

Draft and review contracts with vendors supplying power banks solar panels and laptops to freelancers.
Ensure contractual agreements include clauses for equipment recovery when a freelancer exits facilitating smooth transitions to the next hire.
Provide legal guidance on compliance risk mitigation and contract enforcement.
Support the efficient management of contractors by ensuring vendor agreements align with company policies.

What Were Looking For:

Qualified Nigerian lawyer with experience in contract drafting and vendor agreements.
Strong understanding of commercial and employment law in Nigeria.
Ability to negotiate and manage vendor relationships effectively.
Parttime availability with flexibility to provide legal support when needed.
