Pay: $77000$80000
Status: Exempt FullTime
Schedule: MondayFriday with occasional evenings and weekends as needed

This role is focused on cultivating relationships with San Diego businesses while seeking sponsorships and charitable gifts to benefit our organization while advocating for disability inclusion in the workplace.
A Typical Day Will Include:
- Building Strategic Partnerships: Cultivating relationships with corporate sponsors donors and employment partners to support The Arc of San Diegos mission.
- Developing Sponsorships & Fundraising Initiatives: Crafting customized sponsorship packages and securing financial contributions to benefit our programs.
- Engaging with the Business Community: Attending networking events presenting on disability inclusion and advocating for workforce opportunities for clients of The Arc of San Diego.
- Coordinating Corporate Volunteer Programs: Organizing impactful projects that connect businesses with our programs and individuals.
- Tracking and Analyzing Data: Monitoring donor engagement and partnership effectiveness to drive fundraising success.
What Youll Need to Be Successful:
- Bachelors degree in Social Sciences Business Marketing or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing fundraising or disability services.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with experience in corporate relations or sponsorship development.
- A passion for advocacy and inclusion particularly in employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
- Ability to build and maintain longterm business relationships.
- Success is measured by corporate partnerships donations secured executed volunteer projects and increased employment opportunities./
