Job Title: BDC Representative (Equity Mining Specialist)
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customerfocused BDC Representative (Equity Mining Specialist) to join our dealerships dynamic Business Development Center (BDC) team. In this role you will be responsible for generating and managing leads with a specific focus on equity mining opportunities. You will play a vital role in identifying potential customers who may have existing equity in their vehicles and effectively communicating with them to promote sales and increase customer retention. This position requires excellent communication skills a proactive approach and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Conduct equity mining activities to identify potential customers who may have equity in their vehicles and provide targeted outreach.
Generate leads through various channels including phone calls emails and digital platforms.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide relevant information about our dealerships products and services.
Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership and meet with sales representatives.
Follow up with leads and existing customers to maintain ongoing communication and build relationships.
Assist customers with tradein inquiries financing options and other related queries.
Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records and activities in the dealerships database.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and provide necessary support.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Stay updated on the latest automotive industry trends products and services.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a BDC or customer service role within the automotive industry is preferred.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
A selfmotivated and proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Knowledge of automotive financing tradein processes and equity mining strategies is a plus.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
