COMINT Signals Analyst
Location: Honolulu HI
Clearance Required: TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
Employment Type: FullTime
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled COMINT Signals Analyst to join our team. This role requires expertise in Communications Intelligence (COMINT) PROFORMA or Foreign Instrumentation Signals Intelligence (FISINT) collection and signals analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing and reporting on the technical characteristics of signals in both RF and digital domains along with a deep understanding of signal structures parameters and content.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct collection and signals analysis to assess signal characteristics structure parameters and content.
- Analyze and report on technical characteristics of signals to determine their structure purpose and function.
- Utilize COMINT PROFORMA and FISINT methodologies to enhance mission objectives.
- Support intelligence operations with realtime signal analysis and reporting.
- Provide shift work support as required for mission continuity.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in COMINT PROFORMA or FISINT collection and signals analysis.
- Strong knowledge of signal characteristics structure parameters and content.
- Ability to analyze and report technical aspects of signals in RF and digital domains.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph (must be current).
- Successful completion of 450/460 Fundamental COMINT Signals Analysis courses.
- Educational requirements (one of the following):
- Bachelors degree and 5 years of relevant experience.
- Associates degree and 7 years of relevant experience.
- HS diploma/GED and 9 years of relevant experience.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with INDOPACOM intelligence problem sets.
- Completion of a credentialing Service School such as:
- Army MOS 35S
- Air Force AFSC 1N2C
- Marine Corps 2621
- Intelligence Community (IC) tradecraftrecognized SIGINT analyst certification course
- Completion of advanced military signals analysis courses including:
- 451/461 Intermediate COMINT Signals Analysis
- 452 Advanced COMINT Signals Analysis
- Intermediate PROFORMA Workshop (IPW)
