Summary:
The Patient Success Supervisor leads a team of pharmacy professionals responsible for supporting patients ensuring prescription accuracy and driving exceptional service. This role oversees daily operations monitors team performance supports training and serves as a subject matter expert for systems processes and patient engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily Patient Success team operations and workflow coverage
Set performance goals monitor KPIs and provide regular coaching and feedback
Conduct 90day 180day and annual performance evaluations
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve patient and provider issues
Assist with training process improvements and documentation standards
Act as clinical liaison for patient concerns drug interactions and pharmacist consultations
Monitor MedPlan tasks update patient records and manage prescription transfers
Support rare disease patient management and help address medication recalls/backorders
Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations SOPs and accreditation standards
Participate in oncall rotations and provide backup support as needed
Qualifications:
1 year in a Senior Patient Success Pharmacist role
5 years of pharmacy experience (mailorder or retail preferred)
2 years of supervisory or team lead experience
Active pharmacist licenses in both FL & GA
Proficient in pharmacy systems (PioneerRx MedPlan) HIPAA compliance
340B experience a plus
