- Document the patient history including a review of systems past medical history family and social histories medications and allergies.
- Ensure that all documentation is adequately transposed into the patients chart and ready for the Physicians review at all times.
- Obtain medical records and prepare the patients chart for all new patient consultations addons and scheduled followups.
- Accompany the physician during the whole duration of the patient consultation.
- Scanning of all documentation into the patients chart as needed.
- Work synergistically with the Medical Assistants to ensure optimal patient care.
- High School Diploma required.
- 12 years current medical scribe experience (preferred)
- Preferred knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (ECW knowledge preferred).
- Requires clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Requires exceptional telephone etiquette and professional interaction with patients physicians and staff members.
- Requires the ability to be detail oriented.
- Proficient typing skills.
- Exhibit excellent listening skills.
- Arabic Speaking (preferred)

Our Psychiatry practice was founded on the principles of treating patients with care compassion and understanding.
