We are seeking a talented individual to join our Custom Project Management team at Mercer. This role will be based in Louisville KY. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Custom Project Manager you will oversee daytoday management of compensation survey projects ensuring data integrity and client satisfaction while collaborating with various teams to deliver exceptional results.

We will count on you to:

  • Accurately scope out length and difficulty of tasks and survey projects; set objectives and goals; break down work into the process steps; anticipate and adjust for problems and roadblocks.
  • Work with clients to understand survey needs communicate status updates and answer survey questions by phone or by email.
  • Complete survey participation request documents per survey requirement parameters and send to clients track client response and upload into online database.
  • Under limited supervision complete draft survey reports for peer review before sending to client; may prepare analytical analysis to draw initial survey conclusions to include in the reports.
  • Provide peer review of client deliverables including questionnaires emails and reports.
  • Draft initial project plan using standard templates and raise potential exposure and risk on projects participating in contingency planning to minimize impact of risk.

What you need to have:

  • Minimum 2 years of related work experience.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; must be a selfstarter proactive responsive analytical adaptable to change and resourceful.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and data.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Project management skills.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite.
