Role Description
As an SDR youll be the first point of contact for potential clients driving topoffunnel pipeline growth across Australia and the broader APAC region. Youll play a crucial role in identifying prospects crafting outreach strategies and qualifying leads for the sales team.
Responsibilities
Research and identify highpotential companies and decisionmakers
Craft and execute personalized outbound campaigns across multiple channels
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery calls for Account Executives
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide timely reporting on outreach performance
Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging and campaign strategy
Requirements
MustHaves:
1 year of experience in a sales business development or customerfacing role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfort working in a fastpaced targetdriven environment
Familiarity with sales engagement tools and CRM platforms
NicetoHaves:
Previous experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales
Understanding of lead generation techniques and performance metrics
Exposure to the Australian or broader APAC market
