Are you ready to make a significant impact in the healthcare industry Join our team as a Business Development Representativeand become a driving force behind our growth strategy! In this dynamic role you will connect with home health agencies and strategic hospitals fostering relationships that will lead to exciting opportunities for our Business Development team.
What Youll Do:
- Lead Generation:Utilize your sales expertise to identify and qualify potential acquisition targets through consultative sales techniques including cold calling and networking.
- Build Relationships:Engage with owners administrators and senior representatives establishing rapport and trust as you vet and qualify leads.
- Coordinate Success:Set appointments for our Business Development Manager ensuring a seamless transition from initial contact to meaningful conversations.
- Track Performance:Maintain detailed records of your outreach efforts in our CRM helping us continuously refine our strategy and approach.
- Collaborate Across Teams:Work closely with various departments from Sales to Business Development to align our efforts and drive results.
Who You Are:
- Education:Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management Finance Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience:A minimum of three years in a customerfacing sales role preferably with a background in business development and cold calling. Experience in home health or hospice is a plus.
- Skills:
- A quick learner with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality capable of engaging even the toughest gatekeepers.
- High emotional intelligence allowing you to build strong relationships at multiple levels.
- Strong analytical skills and a creative problemsolving mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM tools.
