You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailA position has arisen for a junior/midlevel associate to join our growing Employee Incentives & Benefits (EIB) team and will come with a lot of autonomy and potentially significant career progression. The role will consist entirely of EIB work and your work will focus on advice to our LISTED clients including: incentives aspects of corporate transactions the design of core management incentive arrangements such as LTIPs CSOPs allemployee share plans and employee benefit trusts/nominee arrangements; crossborder incentive arrangements including the rollout of global equity arrangements across multiple jurisdictions; advising on employment taxes including termination payments taxadvantaged share plans (both executive and allemployee).
The team at Bird & Bird works closely with board members including remuneration committees as well as key members of the management team general counsel and HR teams in listed organisations of varying sizes including AIM and main market companies (and we expect to see some of our private clients use the new PISCES in due course also). You will therefore need to be able to advise in a concise commercial manner.
