What Youll Do
Set the Creative Vision Define and drive the creative direction for Edelman in the U.S. ensuring our work is bold culturally relevant and impossible to ignore.
Lead & Inspire Build mentor and champion a team of worldclass writers designers strategists and makers.
Make an Impact Partner with brands to create work that doesnt just sell but earns attentionblurring the lines between advertising PR and entertainment.
Elevate the Work Push creative boundaries across every medium from experiential activations and brand storytelling to digital engagement and socialfirst campaigns.
Shape the Industry Champion Edelmans creative reputation through awardwinning work thought leadership and cultural influence.

An employees pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance travel requirements revenuebased metrics any contractual agreements and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEHs total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses a Paid Time Off policy and regionspecific benefits.
