Dasmesh Punjabi School a wellestablished BCcertified KGrade 12 Independent School in Abbotsford seeks a dedicated and passionate Learning Common Resource Teacher for Grades 6 to 12. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized learning plans for students with diverse learning needs.
Provide targeted support and intervention to students in Grades 6 to 12.
Collaborate with classroom teachers to differentiate instruction and support inclusive education practices.
Monitor and assess student progress providing regular feedback to students parents and staff.
Organize and maintain resource materials to support student learning.
Participate in school events meetings and professional development opportunities.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications:
Certified to teach in British Columbia.
Experience working with students with diverse learning needs at the Grade 6 to 12 level is preferred.
Strong understanding of inclusive education practices and strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to creating a positive and supportive learning environment.
