Director of Marketing
QSR Quick Service Restaurant
Mississauga ON / London ON x2 monthly
Reports to CEO
$140000 $180000 Base
Our client is an exciting and growing Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand committed to delivering exceptional food and experiences to our customers. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Marketing to build and lead our marketing efforts from the ground up. This is a brandnew role offering a unique opportunity to shape the companys marketing strategy and drive brand growth.
Director of Marketing Role Overview
As the Director of Marketing you will develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility drive customer engagement and foster key partnerships. You will be responsible for brand marketing social media influencer collaborations and partnership marketing while leading and mentoring a growing team.
Director of Marketing Key Responsibilities
Develop & Lead Marketing Strategy: Build and execute a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with business goals.
Brand Marketing: Strengthen brand positioning and messaging across all customer touchpoints.
Partnership Marketing: Establish and manage strategic partnerships to enhance brand exposure and drive sales.
Social Media & Influencer Marketing: Oversee social media strategy influencer collaborations and digital engagement to increase brand awareness.
Team Leadership & Growth: Recruit mentor and develop a bestinclass marketing team.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital traditional and instore promotions.
Performance Tracking: Analyze marketing data and customer insights to optimize campaigns and measure ROI.
Collaboration: Work closely with operations sales and product teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
Director of Marketing Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in partnership marketing (mandatory).
7 years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role preferably in the QSR hospitality or foodservice industry.
Strong background in brand marketing digital marketing and social media.
Experience in influencer marketing and building brand partnerships.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
Datadriven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance and customer insights.
Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Exceptional communication and relationshipbuilding abilities.
