Job Description :
ObjectiveA Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store making sure it runs smoothly and effectively.
- The Store Manager plans and directs the daytoday operations of the store.
- Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- To maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops reviewing professional publications establishing personal networks participating in professional societies
- Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control
- Maintain inventory by implementing purchasing plans and staying in contact with vendors and shippers
- Training new staff
- Undertaking administrative task monitoring inventory levels and developing business strategies
