Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain custom Excelbased tools macros and VBA scripts for data analysis and automation.
- Design and manage MS Access databases including forms queries and reports for data tracking.
- Create dynamic Power BI dashboards and reports for realtime data visualization and decision making.
- Develop scripts applications and automation workflows using Python SQL or other relevant programming languages.
- Optimize data processing by minimizing manual interventions and improving efficiency.
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand project needs and enhance tool functionalities.
- Implement ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes for integrating and managing large datasets.
- Provide technical support and training to users on developed tools and reporting systems.
Job Qualifications and Experience:
Education:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science Data Analytics Software Engineering
Information Technology Information Systems or related field
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas VBA Power Query and
PivotTables). - Expertise in MS Access (including database design SQL queries and automation).
- Strong Power BI skills including DAX data modeling and visualization
- Proficiency in coding languages such as Python SQL or R for automation and data
processing. - Database Management: Experience in database management (SQL MySQL PostgreSQL or
similar). - Experience handling large datasets and implementing data optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and integration of various data sources.
- Experience with cloudbased solutions like Azure or AWS
- Knowledge of APIs and integration techniques for data exchange.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Programming Skills: Strong programming skills in Python JavaScript or other automation related languages.
- Internal Tool Development: Previous experience in internal tool development and workflow
automation. - Business Systems Integration: Experience in integrating automation with business systems
(ERP CRM or custom tools).
