Job Summary:
Our client is seeking experienced Terminal Manager to oversee the daily operations of their freight terminal. As a Terminal Manager youll be responsible for managing staff ensuring efficient freight handling and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily terminal operations including freight handling storage and transportation.
Supervise and manage terminal staff including drivers handlers and administrative personnel.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations company policies and industry standards.
Provide excellent customer service responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
Manage inventory levels track freight movements and optimize storage capacity.
Requirements:
3 years of experience in terminal management or a related field.
Bachelors degree in Logistics Business Administration or a related field.
Strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
OSHA certification forklift operator certification or other relevant certifications.
