We are currently recruiting for an experienced Reconstruction Manager / Construction Superintendent.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
- Project Initiation
- Educate customers on reconstruction process
- Project Planning
- Identify and document project scope of work review estimates review budgets
- Project create project schedule and timeline
- Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers
- Negotiate terms and set expectations
- Plan organize and manage crews and subcontractors
- Schedule all subcontractors and material suppliers
- Ensure all work performed complies with the plans specifications local codes and requirements of the scope of work
- Customer Satisfaction responsible for customer service and management of the customer experience
- Compile and resolve punch list items
- Perform final walkthrough with customer
Minimum Experience:
- 15 years of construction experience
- 5 years of experience managing a crew of 2 or more people
Minimum Education:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Basic computer skills

Pay:
Starting at $100000/annually DOE. Pay is based on industry experience with opportunity for advancement training and Industry certifications for the qualified candidate.
