This position will provide project leadership for all tasks related to Credit Cards (both AIT issued cards and customer provided cards) within the Corporation and partner with all Finance departments to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a single point of contact/subject matter expert for all efforts related to Payment Card Industry (PCI) and other data governance frameworks
- Lead the implementation and adoption of all credit card programs across the Corporation. This includes the rollout of the Corporate credit card program to AIT subsidiaries and establishing an effective/efficient manner to provide spend summaries to those subsidiaries.
- Manage administration for corporate card programs including issuance of new card applications replacement cards card distribution user service and follow up of past due accounts and reporting.
- Assessing which MCC codes should be allowed for each card program.
- Audit and proactively identify a means to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with Corporate policies and procedures. Develop an indepth understanding and effectiveness of internal controls and compliance.
- Develop a process to quickly identify assess and track credit card fraud and establish controls to minimize AIT exposure.
- Assist Internal Audit with the annual Travel & Entertainment (T&E) card audit process and collaborate on any remediation efforts that are identified.
- Observe trends and make recommendations for improving work processes reducing errors and increasing internal/external customer satisfaction.
- Partner with Ecommerce and merchant processing platforms to ensure locations are appropriately setup to accept payments.
- Reconcile Purchase (Pcard) payable account activity to the ledger timely in accordance with monthend deadlines.
- Monitor changes to the PCI Data Security Standard (DSS) and other data governance frameworks and evaluate compliance status impact at User Agreement (UA)
- Develop and deliver employee training and communications
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- 5 years of relevant or progressive experience
- 2 years of Supervisor or Managerial experience
- Strong project management skills
- Possess a thorough understanding of payment processes and related systems
- Ability to understand and document business process and related internal controls in narrative and/or flowchart formats
