Join us as a Senior Fullstack Software Developer on Remitlys Content and SEO Team! Our mission is to build scalable highperformance web architectures that enhance search engine discoverability improve user experience and support organic growth. Youll tackle technical challenges in SEO content delivery and web performance optimization at scale. This role reports to a Krakwbased Manager.
You Will:
Design and implement largescale web architectures to improve global performance and search engine discoverability.
Optimize page speed core web vitals and other performance metrics across mobile and desktop platforms.
Configure and manage CMS to ensure scalability reliability and security
Implement and maintain SEO features like structured data sitemaps canonical tags and hreflangs.
Optimize dependency resolution and hydration by leveraging advanced treeshaking granular codesplitting with dynamic imports streaming SSR and partial rehydration to deliver modular performant and interactive web applications.
Collaborate across teams (engineering marketing and product) to deliver scalable SEOfriendly solutions.
You Have:
6 years of software development experience with a focus on web performance and scalability.
Proven ability to build and optimize largescale web architectures.
Strong understanding of serverside rendering (SSR) static sites generation SSG) hydration and web frameworks like React Next.js or similar
Good knowledge of backend programming languages such as Java Golang Kotlin Python PHP C# Ruby
Experience working with CDNs for improving performance and scalability.
Proficiency in performance monitoring and observability tools (e.g. Lighthouse WebPageTest).
Nice to have:
Experience working in a corporate web environment or web agency specializing in highscale systems.
Experience with modern JavaScript bundlers such as Webpack Vite or Esbuild
Expertise in technical SEO including structured data canonicalization and search bot optimization.
Familiarity with global web performance challenges internationalization (i18n) and localization
Compensation Details: The base salary range for this position is typically 320 000 PLN 360 000 PLN gross yearly. Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan. Your recruiter can share more information.
