The Opportunity

The Transaction Manager Industrial is a diverse role which is responsible for supporting the acquisition and divestments efforts of Dexus across industrial assets. Your experience and expertise will enable us to enhance investment management thinking seamlessly projectmanage transactions and drive fund outperformance.

You will make an impact by:

• Support the acquisition and divestments effort of Dexus.
• Help inform and improve investment management thinking within Dexus.
• Originate and support the identification of value generating opportunities for the growth of industrial at Dexus.
• Undertake transaction analysis and prepare investment papers and supporting materials.
• Project manage transactions including the coordination and management of internal teams and external consultants.
• Manage a transaction analyst.
• Support business and process improvement initiatives.
• Deliver or assist in delivering projects assigned from time to time in accordance with agreed budgets schedules and specifications.
• Ensure activities are conducted in accordance with relevant procedures.
• Ensure acquisition and divestment targets/programs are implemented in line with business plan and in accordance with relevant procedures.
• Think outside the box to proactively create value for our investors.
• Team focused contributing positively to our culture.

About You

You are highly qualified leader with over 10 years of experience in property or private equity. You bring intellectual curiosity balanced with a practical mindset. Excelling in transaction and development management you possess a proven track record of enhancing business processes strong relationships and broad market networks.

You will bring:

• 10 years in property/private equity; transaction/development management experience.
• Tertiary degree in Real Estate Land Economics Engineering Construction Management Business Property Project Management Law or Town Planning.
• Positive attitude and team spirit with the ability to take the lead and liaise with diverse personalities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability tocollaborate productivelywith diverse individuals at all levels.
• Strong attention to detailandeffective time management.
• Ability touse initiative work independently and take full responsibility for tasks.
• Highly adaptablein a dynamic environment.
• Ability tomaintain discretionand handle sensitive information.
• Strategic collaborative and independent thinker.
