ACCOUNTING POSITION

About the Role:
We are seeking an accounting professional to join our stable diverse and creative team. As our internal accountant you will play a crucial role in supporting our internal financial activities by ensuring efficient communication coordination and accuracy of various tasks and documents.
Primary Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable and Receivable
BiMonthly Project Invoicing
Payroll
Financial Record Maintenance
Monthly Financial Reports
Coordination with our external CPA
Coordination with our external Financial Consultant
Skills and Job Expectations:
Logical with strong problem solving and analytical skills
Attention to detail and accuracy with financial data
Strong time management skills and results oriented
Personal accountability in thoroughly completing projects
Consistently processes data in a timely manner
Factual and direct communication skills
Enjoys work of a technical nature
Balances independence and working within a stable structured environment
Will work closely with the leadership team on special projects
Ability to manage multiple tasks running concurrently
Maintain all financial data in an organized and clear manner
Dedicated to the work and the company
Preparation of financial data and collaboration with our external consultants
Collaboration with the internal project managers for project invoicing
Requirements:
3 years proven experience in a similar capacity
Bachelors or Associate degree in accounting finance or a related field a plus
Expertise with Ajera a plus

Compensation: $70000.00 $96000.00 per year
