Job Description
River Mill Academy a public charter school located in Graham North Carolina is hiring multiple elementary teachers for theschool year. RMA participates in the state health and retirement system while offering free dental coverage. Teachers are paid on the state salary scale with a local 17 supplement while honoring masters pay.
Class sizes are capped at 24 students and classrooms in grades K3 employ a fulltime teacher assistant. Grades 4 and 5 share teacher assistants. RMA was founded as one of the original public schools in the state 1998 and has a strong academic history with minimal behavior disruptions.
