Job Summary

The Expo will be responsible for setting up and maintaining exhibits at events and trade shows. They will work closely with event coordinators and vendors to ensure that all exhibits are set up properly and on time. The Expo will also be responsible for dismantling exhibits and ensuring that all materials are properly stored and transported.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and dismantle exhibits at events and trade shows
• Ensure that all exhibits are set up properly and on time
• Work closely with event coordinators and vendors to ensure that all requirements are met
• Transport materials to and from events
• Maintain and repair exhibits as needed
• Ensure that all materials are properly stored and secured
• Provide excellent customer service to event attendees

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in event planning or exhibit set up preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
