- Experience in performance management or recruitment is a plus

- Oversee resource allocation workload balancing and onboarding/offboarding
- Collaborate with Senior Developers and HR to manage recruitment
- Facilitate effective communication with Project Managers and stakeholders
- Support work estimation and delivery commitments with technical expertise
- Supervise code reviews testing and Agile processes
- Be the escalation point for any team challenges
- Continuously drive Agile best practices and process optimization
