A Day in the Life
In this role you will be the goto person for all things accounts payable managing vendor invoices staff reimbursements travel expenses and chapter payments with precision and efficiency. Your ability to identify areas for improvement will be key as you help transition the department to a fully paperless system and remotefirst workflow. Youll collaborate across departments ensuring financial transactions are processed accurately while keeping an eye on opportunities to improve systems and create efficiencies. Whether you are reconciling accounts supporting compliance efforts or working closely with leadership on financial reporting your contributions will directly impact the teams success. Each day brings new challenges and opportunities to take ownership refine processes and enhance the way we work.
