Job Description
Reporting to the Associate Director of Housing Operations this position provides management and leadership for all housingrelated processes that support the student experience. As an integral member of the Housing Operations Unit leadership team this role oversees housing systems within the Department of Residential Life including regular academic year housing and summer academic housing. Supervision responsibilities include the Coordinator of Housing and the Coordinator of Housing Operational Systems. The Assistant Director enhances residential operations by managing the housing system StarRez encompassing database functions housing processes billing and integrations with other enterprise databases on campus. Additionally the position supports operational processes such as new and returning student movein room selection and administrative room changes. Throughout the year the Assistant Director collaborates with the Director of Residential Life on strategic initiatives that support the departments vision leadership and philosophy of residential life.
