Job description:
As a Staff Data Analyst for Rocket Growth Product Seller Experience you will be solving business problems related to seller experience seller growth and pricing for Coupang Rocket Growth Product.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and visualization along with experience working with crossfunctional teams to drive business decisions and improve efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
Define the right metrics for the business and create dashboards to track and rootcause movements in the key metrics
Work with large and complex datasets to derive insights
Communicate insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner
Participate in experimentation design A/B tests product analytics cohort studies and measuring the effectiveness of product launches
Prioritization and timemanagement in a fastpaced environment with deep problemsolving for the problem at hand
Willingness to challenge the status quo and suggest improvements
Qualifications:
7 years of relevant working experience in a data analytics role
Proficiency in Excel SQL and Python/R for data extraction manipulation and analysis
Strong knowledge of data visualization (PowerBI Tableau or other tools) and data storytelling to communicate insights effectively to nonexperts
Businesslevel fluency in English
Preferred:
Experience with data engineering tools such as GitHub and Airflow
Strong knowledge of statistics ML techniques
Previous experience in ecommerce logistics or AdTech companies
