Accounting Manager
Position Summary
The Accounting Manager will oversee revenue accounting accounts receivable (AR) and financial planning & analysis (FP&A). This role is responsible for ensuring accurate revenue recognition optimizing AR processes and providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic decisionmaking. The Accounting Manager will collaborate crossfunctionally with sales operations and executive leadership to drive financial efficiency and compliance.
Position Description
Assist in budgeting forecasting and financial modeling for revenue and cash flow planning.
Provide variance analysis and insights into revenue trends customer payment behavior and business performance.
Develop financial dashboards and reports for executive leadership.
Identify risks and opportunities within the revenue cycle and recommend strategies for improvement.
Oversee the monthly revenue close process including reconciliations journal entries and variance analysis.
Lead system improvements for revenue recognition automation and reporting.
Oversee the AR function ensuring timely and accurate invoicing collections and cash application.
Develop and implement AR policies and procedures to optimize cash flow and minimize bad debt exposure.
Monitor and report key AR metrics such as DSO aging reports and credit risk exposure.
Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to address billing disputes and improve collection efficiency.
Implement process automation and improvements in AR systems.
Additional Information:
Education: 4year degree or equivalent experience
Years of Experience: 35 years of experience
Languages Spoken: English required (bilingual Chinese preferred)
Certificates Attained: CPA or CMA preferred

Position Requirements
4year degree in Accounting Finance or other closely related field.
2 years of A/R and collection knowledge preferably in a CPG environment
Experience in SaaS subscriptionbased or service industries.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI Tableau) and advanced Excel skills.
Strong leadership and process improvement mindset.
Strong communication skillsboth verbal and written
Ability to interact crossfunctionally and effectively integrate with other departments
Proven ability to multitask
Strong organizational and problem solving skills
Deadline driven
Work Environment: Works in a climatecontrolled office environment with minimal potential for safety/health hazards. Sedentary sitting walking occasional lifting (overhead waist level) from floor bending frequent near vision use for reading and frequent computer usage. Must be able to perform the essential job functions with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Position Schedule: Office hours are 8:30 a.m. 5:30 p.m. or as customer demands
