We are seeking an IT Support Executive to provide hardware and software troubleshooting assistance at our warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing technical issues ensuring seamless system operations and providing support for ERPrelated queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hardware Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair PC/laptop issues perform component upgrades optimize system performance and manage networkingrelated concerns.
- Software Support: Troubleshoot operating system errors update drivers provide application support and handle virus/malware removal.
- Networking Support: Maintain and optimize network connectivity resolve connectivity issues and ensure smooth warehouse IT operations.
- ERP Assistance: Provide basic ERP support to warehouse users including troubleshooting issues related to software navigation access and system errors.
- Technical Support: Assist warehouse staff with ITrelated queries and ensure minimal downtime for operations.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular system checks and ensure all hardware and software components are functioning optimally.
Requirements
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Education: Graduate/Diploma in IT Computer Science or related field.
- Experience: 24 years of experience in IT support troubleshooting hardware/software issues and networking.
- ERP Knowledge: Basic understanding of ERP software and its troubleshooting.
Required Skills & Qualities:
- Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good understanding of PC/laptop hardware and software.
- Ability to handle networkrelated issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
