Job Description
Saxon Auto Groupis a local familyowned automotive dealershiplooking to add a part time receptionist to our team. This individual will work well independently and can think on their feet in a fast paced environment while displaying professionalism with our clients and coworkers. We will provide detailed training.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Answer dealership group phones greet and receive prospects and customers
- Greet guest as they arrive
- Work cooperatively with the sales department and other internal teams
- Light data entry
- Receipt vehicle down payments
- Scanning of dealership documents into scanning system
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience preferred
- Excellent listening/communication skills outgoing and positive personality
- Dependable
- Professional appearance required
- Positive Attitude
Compensation:
- $15.00 per hour
Hours:
- Monday & Wednesday 4:30pm 8:00pm
- Every Other Saturday 8:30am 6:00pm
Offers of employment are contingent upon the screening of a criminal background check and passing of a drug test.
