Your Role
Were looking for a Quality & Continuous Improvement Specialist that will lead the quality function for our B&D Group site in Kilsyth. You will provide tactical support lead quality root cause analysis and implement solutions to ensure that our quality management processes and systems are proactively managed and coordinated so the business continually improves its quality performance. Youll have the ownership and support you need to succeed both from your leaders and your colleagues.
The role is exciting for people who enjoy cocreating solutions and initiatives with key operations stakeholders. Our site has lots of interesting aspects that will allow this role to have a big impact and develop your career into bigger roles within B&D or DuluxGroup.

Responsibilities
- Building effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure standards are met and embedded
- To collaborate influence and drive improvement initiatives with crossfunctional teams
- Make rootcause analysis and formulate solutions
- Implement quality management strategies and plans in assigned timeframes
- Validate and analyse claims data identify trends and drive sitebased improvement initiatives
- Manage minor capital projects related to quality improvements

Skills & Experience
- Sound knowledge and demonstrated experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Project management skills particularly in implementing minor capital projects
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Data analysis and statistical aptitude
